Hipower has a total investment of over $48M (U.S.D.) invested in a modern research and development facility and factory that covers an expansive 520,000 square meters under roof. The manufacturing facility contains the latest in state-of-the-art machinery. Hipower has pioneered LiFePo battery technology for over 5 years, bringing together a powerful nexus of scientific and industrial innovation.   

Production capabilities include a wide range of battery pack solutions supported by battery management systems (BMS) and balancing boards, which monitor each cell separately.  Battery pack solutions range in voltage from 12V to 600V with capacities that range from 10Ah to 600Ah per cell.    

Production capacity is currently over 50 million ampere-hours per year.  Hipower is one of only two companies in China that is capable of producing LiFePo4 cells that have a capacity greater than 100 Ah per cell.   

Development is now underway for 1000 Ah cells.
